摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ink from sticking to an impression cylinder and thereby mitigate a work for cleaning the impression cylinder by setting a second guide face on which a roller rolls to slide a doctor into soft scraping contact with a printing plate forward of a useful face part at a lower elevation than a guide face, at the forward part of the guide face in the impression cylinder advancing direction and setting this gradient continuously. SOLUTION: An upward slant face 16 is continuously provided on a guide face 17 at the nearest part of a rail 10 for receiving a doctor 5 so that the doctor 5 slides into contact with the useful face part 15 of a printing plate 14 arranged on a surface plate 8 for the printing plate 14, from the nearest part of the useful face part 15. The nearest part of an upward slant face 16 is set at an elevation where a roller 6 comes into contact with the rail 10 under the effect of an energizing means 18 which is mounted on a bearing 3 and constantly energizes the doctor 5 into a direction where it is separated from the printing plate 14. Further, the doctor 5 is set to a specified elevated position using the nearest part of the rail 10 as a standby face 19 for the roller 6. In addition, the roller 6 is transferred to the guide face 17 from the roller standby face 19 through the slant face 16 and this transfer results in the sliding of the doctor 5 over the plate face of the printing plate 14 by a specified scraping power.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve reproducibility responsive to printing tone of an original plate by coating a gravure lithography with ink by a first doctor blade, and removing excessive ink by a driven second doctor blade. CONSTITUTION:A first doctor blade 3 is drawn on a gravure lithography 1 to coat the whole surface of the lithography 1 with ink (a), thereby filling the ink (a) in the cells of the lithography 1. Thus, the cells of the lithography 1 become the same state as that an original plate is dipped in the ink. Then, a second doctor blade 4 in contact by driving is drawn on the lithography 1 to scrape off excessive ink, and an impression cylinder 2 is then rolled to transfer the ink to a printing sheet (b). Since the ink filling state of the cells of the lithography becomes similar to that of the cells of this plate, reproducibility corresponding to the printing tone of this printer is improved.
